Case Matrix plastic shipping cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the original owner. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by Case Matrix. Case Matrix will repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where Case Matrix is not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge. Case Matrix DOES NOT REPLACE CASES FOR DAMAGED HARDWARE.
